its because FC only approves payouts once a month.  with thousands and thousands of members, they would have a hard time keeping up

If you're making enough to cash out more than once per month, (with the $25 minnimum) Good for you!    Right now  I'm happy cashing out every month!

Very good way of explaining it.

You can cashout as soon as you hit $25 if that's what you choose to do. You can cashout any point in the month. The rules state that payments go out around the 20th of the month. I wouldn't go to my boss and say I know we're suppose to get paid every two weeks but I want to get paid every week
