I don't think a lot of Fluoride is really very good for a person.

With gum disease, I have to use every precaution for my teeth. I use a fluoride toothpaste for gum disease, mouthwash, and gum picks. My dentist said that the electric toothbrush is the best weapon for fighting it!

We're not on public water so no extra fluoride here. When I get my teeth cleaned I get a fluoride treatment. My 6 year old likes to use our toothpaste so I give him only a little bit on his brush and I tell him not to swallow it.
