cashout problems
« on: November 14, 2013, 08:42:32 am »
So I requested my cashout and it was pending but my email said this notice : In order to process your cashout, we require additional information from you as allowed by the Terms of Service, section IV.F.I am wondering why? I do not understand why FC is questioning who I am and delaying my process of recieving my money. Has this happened to anyone else? Im really discouraged now from continuing.  :-\

i have never had this issue and have cashed out several times it might depend on how you are cashing out.  i always cash out with paypal and have no issues what so ever.  i would check with fusion cash by creating a support ticket and they should be able to explain the issues that they are having with the cash out for you.

Here's what Section IV. F reads:

"Information Request. Occasionally, a cashout may be delayed due to the necessity of processing an IRS Form W-9 or an identity verification. In these cases, users can typically expect payment to be submitted within 10 business days of our receipt of the items, however, check payments may take up to 60 days to process in these cases."

If you haven't yet "verified" who you are with Fusion Cash, you can find that section on your Account page.  It's on the left hand side of it and says, "Verification."  If you've already done all of that, then maybe it's time to fill out a Form W-9.

Oh.. Looks like you have to verify your idenity. Do not worry in cases like this it is actually better to have  verification just incase something ever was to go wrong and you were not aware of it..
I myself have recieved a message like that on my very first cashout. At first i was a little suspicious so i Contacted the Admin ASAP with a support ticket. They told me indeed it was real and then my suspcious wound up turning into dissapointment because i was afraid i was not going to get my money i worked so hard for. I contacted the Admin again with another support ticket and Fortunetly they helped me through my troubles with directions and info on how to get my cashout. When all was said and done The Admin had my cashout back to pending within minutes. I was so relieved that it was back to pending. I eventually got my money on the 20th and put it in my savings. Was a great ending to a nightmare of a problem. The Admin is very helpfull and saved me a great deal of headache. I still to this day am thankfull that the Admin was so kind, considerate, and caring to my problem. I wish i could Repay them somehow.. Don't worry though i'm sure everything will work out for you. If you just follow the directions and listen to what is being told to you everything will work out in the wash and you will recieve your money. Furthermore I would not get discouraged because verification is a beautiful thing in the end.
