Frost Bite for Green Bay Packers
« on: November 08, 2013, 03:52:03 pm »
Green Bay Packers fans are in for a case of severe "frost bite"!!  For the first time in 20 years the team will go multiple games without Aaron Rodgers or Brett Favre at Quarterback.

Some Packers are still insisting the Packers will go 2-2 or even 3-1 without Rodgers and still be in ine fore winning the division.  The team messed big time with cutting all their backup QBs and getting no WRs or TEs in draft of free agency.  They may be lucky to win 1 game Rodgerless and no one under 35 can even remember a stretch of games without Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers.

Bumming big time because I bleed green and yellow! I think that they can still win their division because all of the other teams would be hard pressed to beat a high-school level team. I was amazed at how talented Brandan Marshall was in Monday Night's game and I think that the Bears should keep playing their back-up quarterback-release Jay Cutler or trade him for another back-up quarterback.  The packer's were fools not to have a back-up quarter back in their line up and haven't paid much attention to depth. On a bright note...Clay Matthews should be back today!

I can't believe so many Packers fans still have this weird attitude that they are still going to win the division, each loss is going to drive down the confidence of all the players.  There's a huge unknown confidence factor affect which is why powerhouse college teams schedule "creampuff" teams early in the season.

THe only chance is if they can beat Minnesota at home and get Rodgers back for the game at Detroit and win that game as well.  But they are still down Cobb and Finley, now have major O-line problems ane their is tape now on Wallace/Tolzien.  I am more concerned about just avoiding losing out the rest of the season -- they could lose out in November and fall to 5-7 and in that case they may not decide to Rush Rodgers back and more less let the season go.

As a Vikings Vi-Queens fan, I've always rooted for ABGB (Anyone But Green Bay). So even though the Vikes decided to hibernate this year, it's still fun to see the Pack struggle. I too thought it was stupid team management not to have a backup QB. The only thing worse this year was when the Brown decided on a roster that had no kicker on it after the cut at 53...

I am from NY but have been Bears fan over 50 yrs now.Its obvious GB without Rodgers last 2 games really misses him.QB play in NFL now is really a must.I can believe Giants are 6 points favs to beat GB.Very tempting to take points and really wouldnt be surprised if GB beat em.I still dont trust NY.

Go Bears!
