Welcome & congrats.  I personally wait til about the 28th of the month to accrue as much as I can for that month and still have time before the 30th.  Cashing out today or the 31st will still get payment around the 20th of the following month.

If you were able to reach cashout in 5 days then you should wait until the end of the month for the balance to build. You'll get paid around December 20th regardless
