Hi everyone i just joined a fes days ago and trying to learn the ins and out.. are there any tips to get more payments or higher value payments? and how far in advance do i need to request payments? can i cashout more than once in a month i see they approve on the 20th it says

For starters, I would recommend reading the Terms of Service and the FAQ/Help sections. Those will answer some of your questions.
