I understand that a colonoscopy is scheduled for once every 5 years I have had about 15 in the last 15 years and is getting ready for another one due to some things that is going on with me would you have it done?

If there is a medical reason your doctor wants you to have another, then of course, yes I would do it.  Hope this helps your decision.
