Here are few:

Attach a $100 bill or giftcard to a Victoria’s Secret catalog, along with a note to him saying, "You choose."

Kidnap him!  Blindfold him. Drive him around town until he’s thoroughly lost. Then reveal your destination: His favorite restaurant, or maybe a romantic inn.

If you don’t have as much time as you’d like for love, try these swift but sweet romance tips:

Write "I love you" on the bathroom mirror with a piece of soap.  (I have even written love notes to my husband on the mirror when it is steamed over....then when he showers and the mirror gets steamed over again, my message appears!)

Place a little love note or poem under the driver’s-side windshield wiper of his car

Write a classic, romantic, passionate, handwritten, heartfelt love letter. Most adults haven’t written a love letter since high school. (Why not? Have we lost our youthful idealism, or have we just gotten lazy?)

Maybe a nice dinner out or stay at home and watch a movie.

I think it really depends on the type of guy he is and his personality... Each guy is diffrent so there really is no set thing to give a guy for a anniversary  gift..There really is no right or wrong answer.. Some guy's like gifts and some guy's don't.
You could take a romantic vacation, have a candlelight dinner or a rooftop dinner, give a special gift, write love letters or little flirty message,you can put on some mood music and dance or you can put on a little show for him ,send flirty texts,  you can even go to victoria secret buy some sexy lingerie maybe go home snap a few photos and develop them and give them to him as a gift, or you can even let him pick what you were as stated previously. or maybe you can go to spencers get some of those date night cards and dice.. There is just endless possibilities.. I had a friend of mine's get a vow renewel for her anniversary was so sweet! I think she got the idea of George Lopez lol but all the same she enjoyed it.. Just depends entirely on the guy and his personality because just saying what you can do for an anniversary might not be good in his book.. where others it might.

My hubby's favorite is dinner and a movie.  But, like was stated before; every man is different!

Buy him 6 of his favorite things that you know of.... Or make the theme about 6-
6 kisses for each year of marriage, etc?
It's hard when you dont know the person...
