You don't have to keep posting the same topic over and over. I'm not sure when FC gets new offers, but while you're waiting, focus on the other free offers to build your account.

Keep checking the free offers section or hit the new offers tab to look at the availability of new offers. It will show you.

Like everyone else said. You don't know when new offers will come. You just keep going to all of the offer areas that you like to do to see if there is some new offers. If you don't check different times of the day for new offers you miss more offers because some offers don't stay long.
