Uncredited Offers

Is there any way to get help for uncredited offers completed on Fusion Cash.  Most offers do credit -- 80+% but there are still others that do not credit.  I know another site I belong to has a chat window to offer help with this problem???

According to the Terms of Service, "FusionCash does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit automatically, the user understands that FusionCash cannot provide recourse." Sometimes an offer may not credit even when you've done everything correctly. That's why it's best to pick the offers that you are really interested in so if by chance one doesn't credit, you won't be too disappointed. From my experience, most of the time, the offers I choose do credit. I pick the free no credit card offers.

It's impossible since we have no way to tell the difference between:
1) You clicked the offer, looked at the Terms of Service, and closed the window
2) You clicked the offer, completed it, and for some reason it didn't credit automatically

So all we can really see is the proportion of clicks which end up crediting - called the conversion rate - and that is absolutely something we monitor closely. 

If we could somehow tell that you completed the offer and didn't get credited, then we would simply credit you!

You need to deal with support and they should be able to help you.  Now in the case of surveys, if that's the case, you may lose on that because they say they are not responsible for us not getting credit from their sponsors.  Therefore, if you don't get credit for a survey you can complete, FC says they have noting to do with that, which is confusing to me so that's the reason why I decided to stop doing surveys.  It takes too much of your time and effort, not to be credited for your work and I know I'm always answering the questions honestly.

I do notice sometimes you can get that with surveys or other offers, but you just need to contact support and ask them about why you have not been credited for an offer and they should be able to help you in ensuring you get credit for what you've done.

It's part of fusion cash 's tos that they are not responsible for offers that do not track and give credit. Remember some offers take a while to track.

It would also be good if Fusion Cash could hae some sort of rating system to tell which offers credit the best and even remove offers that have lots of problems crediting.

I have the same issue going on right now. I have not received credit for 4 different offers and all of them required NO CREDIT CARD. I figured that I would wait a few more days and see if I do get the credit. But I guess that is one of the risk involved when doing this type of stuff. I wish that I could give you more insight on this but Fusion cash does not give a guarantee. Sorry I know it can be very stressful.

You do your best on the offers and hope for credit.  That's one reason why I rarely do any paid offers on Fusion Cash -- no support provided with uncredited offers -- not even partial credit even with extensive confirmations/documentation.

I guess were are really self-empoyed and are taking the risk of not getting paid for all of our work b/c of bad customers or in this case bad offers/advertisors.

I had on survey do that the other day. I ended up still getting a penny for my thoughts. So it wasn't all bad.

Once in a blue moon i will be doing a survey and maybe a third or more into it will show up as quota filled. oh well kinda think they got the info. they wanted and then closed it down. But it does not happen a lot. Most of the time i get my credit.

Unfortunately that happens sometimes. Sometimes you don't get credit, sometimes you have to wait a while, and once or twice before I had to redo the offer.
