It needs to be fixed fast. Ever since I started doing radioloyalty, I have been able to cashout every month. I probably won't be able to do that for October at this rate.

I was dissappointed when I got on it today and its like pulling teeth to get even .01 to credit;  I switched to Google Chrome but it's still not crediting but just every once in a while.

I received another response from Admin:  they hope to have the crediting problems resolved by the end of the week, and, more importantly, your earned credits are not lost forever, they are just not showing up in your account properly.

Admin's response:

"Please be patient as we work to correct any issues you may have experienced over the last several days related to RadioLoyalty.

Know that your earned credits are not lost, but are just not displaying properly within your account. This all should be corrected by the end of the week.

If, after the week, you still do not see your missing credits - please do not hesitate to open another ticket and we will investigate."

The only trouble I have with Radio Loyalty is that when I type, the letters don't show up sometime.  Otherwise no problems.  I love listening to the radio.

that happens to me also some times, just click somewhere else on the rl screen and than click in the answer field again

I was hoping things would be back to "normal" already.

There is still a delay in seeing the credits for RL, but it seems that all the credits eventually come through.  I tested it from 11am through 6pm and all credits did come through (for me) by 8pm.

All of my credits seem to be coming through as well. Just on a delay, like a lot of people have been saying. I hope they can fix it back to instant credit but if not I can live with this. At least I'm still making money.
