Remember Back When( The Good Ole Days)

I really enjoyed my childhood it was a very fun free time. I feel sorry for kids who don't have time to play and be kids. I also think that techolgy is great but the extremes I think really hurt then  like being a source of entertainment for hours on end  instead having them think for themseles and use their imagination etc

It was great back in the day.  I could go to the store with 50 cents and come back with a whole bunch of candy.  There is no way I can do it now.  Prices are so astronomical that it can be called ridiculous.  To buy gum used to cost 25 cents.  I go to Walmart now to buy gum because I can get a pack for 96 cents.  I have seen it priced as much as $1.19.  My late grandmother never had cable and I could watch cartoons on Saturday.  I loved Bugs Bunny and Friends.  These cartoons today are not my favorite because they teach nothing to the children.
