No help from support
« on: September 27, 2013, 11:00:51 am »
Like I said in another post that I didn't get help from support the last time....this time I at least heard from them.

What I'd like to know is WHY they keep giving me excuses for not getting credit for the Rite Aid offer as my activity was not "fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise unfit for payment," when i have my temporary card which means I followed all the direction and qualified for this program. I would not have gotten a temporary card if I didn't qualify, now would I? There's something wrong if others got credit immediately but I didn't.

They keep pointing out that if I don't get paid, they don't get paid. Sorry, you not getting paid is not MY problem.  Stop pushing this problem on me.  Do some investigation into it. Stop giving me excuses. The more excuses I get, the more frustrated I'm getting.

Let's fix what's wrong with some of these offers.

I just went to Rite-Aid Customer Support and had a nice chat with them. They verified that I am a member, which means I qualified and I should get my credit from FC.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was did not do anything wrong and did everything right. Something is wrong somewhere. I'm usually not argumentative but this really aggravates me and because of it, I couldn't cash out because I lost $8 over this.

Fusion Cash rarely is ever provides any support for uncredited offers becasue as someone responded to another post -- sorry I can't direct you exactly where -- that it the past too many people fraudlent made, copied and altered confirmations to receive credit, so Fusion Cash no longer provides the manual credit support than once did.

Not really familiar with this offer specifically, but I think you have try to look at it from FC's perspective. If many others got credit for it then it could be something as simple as they have you mixed up with some one else or think you were already a member. Is this an offer you had to pay to be a member or was it just a free sign up. If most others were credited and FC made money as well of coarse they are going to use kid gloves when dealing with Rite-Aid.  :dontknow:
