Happy 55th Birthday to Me!!

I have made it!  I am the big double 5 today.  I feel blessed to still be here.  So many of my classmates and friends are gone.  I awakened this morning thanking God for allowing me to make it this far.  My mother passed away 17 years ago at the age of 55 years, 1 month and 1 week old.  I was then 37, and now I am 55.  My husband wished me happy birthday and so did my grandson.  I went onto my Yahoo account and my Student Advisor wished me happy birthday.  I am expecting good to happen, not bad. Thank you, My Heavenly Father, for allowing me to have another birthday.

Happy Birthday to you! as the Beatles would sing! My husband and brother-in-law this year had that same thing goin on with their father dying at 49. The whole year hubby had it in the back of his mind, even though he tried not to show it. After the year passed, all was forgotten about the #. Now little bro is going through the same thing this year. Congrats 55!
