I will, on rare occasion, talk on the phone briefly.  I never text while driving.

If I am on the phone it is on speaker but only if it is necessary and not for a long period of time. When I text it is when I am stopped at a light and not moving. I am telling myself that it is not good to even do that so I have not been doing either as much lately. It's not necessary

I never have and never will. If I need to talk to someone I will pull into a parking lot it's just not worth it to me.

No, never have and never will.  It's sad that people continue to do it because they think that talking/texting on the phone is okay.

Eating, listening to music, talking, texting, having a passenger, putting on makeup.....the list goes on.  We are talking distractions and yet we single out talking and texting.  Some people are capable of doing such things while driving while others aren't.  I don't text while driving but I talk on the phone all of the time.  People have to know what they are capable of doing while driving and remaining safe.  Laws can't fix stupidity.

i do not because it is not safe it is a distraction i think they should stop and think before doing it they can always pull off the road if they feel they need to talk or text what happened to cell phones being for emergency only that is all i use mine for

I wasn't aware that cell phones were ever suppose to be only for emergencies. lol.  Besides that, I don't have a landline.  All I have is a cell.  I do talk. Don't text.  I figure that is less dangerous that talking to the other drivers that get on my nerves. lol

NO  and anyone that does are idiots in my book.  That includes the cops that pass me on the road texting and talking on their phones while driving.  aren't they suppose to be setting a good example for us??  not in my town i guess :(

I would never text on my phone while driving.  I do talk on my phone while driving sometimes, but I try to be very aware of what is going on around me.

I am guilty of talking on my phone while driving, but I will not attemp to text while driving, I don't want to be the cause of someone getting hurt or even killed because of doing something so STUPID. You can NOT pay attention to your driving if you are looking at your phone trying to type or read messages.!

I do not talk on the phone or text while driving.I turn my phone off when I'm in the car.If I get a call or text when I'm driving, that's what the inbox and voicemail are for. Also,my state recently passed a law against texting while driving.

I never talk or text while driving and haven't for a couple yrs. now just way too risky that text or phone call can wait because in a split second as the statistics have shown people can be killed...it's not worth it  :peace:
