I need help on having my own site to sell items

I used to sell video games and created my own website for it, but found selling on Amazon was great! You can add any items onto the site and don't pay until it sells. It was great, items sold pretty fast! Also, as others have said ebay and craigslist are good options.

I want to thank all of you for your suggestions and idea's I knew you all would help.  Thank you!  I am going to check into everyone of them, I try to take advice and see how it goes, I know some people ask for help than when you give idea's they just let it go through one ear and out the other.

I think the real question here is what do you want to do "long term" if you only want to sell a few items that you are looking to get rid of or if you want your own storefront for some long term online business that would have to be unique enough to draw attention.  There are plenty of options to choose from and it is more a matter of what you want.  Sincerely, Albert Ivor Morin

I think your best bet is to sell online with ebay or amazon. There are other sites you can use, but you must read the terms, then decide..

Thank you for your advice I didn't know we could sell items at amazon but I will defiantly check it out I need to sell some of my in-stock Avon products to make a little cash.  I have bought items on eBay before and one time I didn't even get the product.  I also tried to sell on eBay but I didn't get any one who was interested.  I will give it a try again i really need the extra money.  I can't work physically due to disability issues I have not received my disability yet that is why I need the extra cash.

I sell all my stuff on Ebay. I lost my job a few years ago and started selling there just to make a little money to help with the bills.  Last year my sales at Christmas paid for everything on all the Christmas lists and a New Year's trip.  You may want to start there.
