Exactly, but you won't get like an email notification or anything.  You have to remember to look and keep up with it.

Even if you do just the bare minimum of the $0.22 a day( email, ptc, and $0.05 requirement before ptc) you would reach $25 in 114 days. That's not including any other bonuses( signup, forum, proof of payment, etc) or offers( surveys, videos, tasks, etc) that you may complete. If you put in some effort you should be able to cashout every month

That is true! With some effort i am able to cash out every month. I make sure  i take advantage of a bit of, all the offers, even the tasks.

You have to request your cashout by the last day of the month to be eligible to cash out the following month.
