Your PayPal account is either unverified or nonexistant. You may only receive PayPal payments with a United States or Canada-based Verified account (depending on where you reside). In order to cash out, you must either verify your PayPal account or change your payment method.

Check to make sure you entered your paypal address correctly.  If it's correct, then you need to log on to your paypal account and make sure you don't have an "Unverified" status.  If it's unverified, just follow the instructions on paypal to verify it.

If you registered your account with FC but have not verified with PayPal it will stay as unverified, just follow the steps to verify and enjoy the benefits of paypal then.  That happened to me after a few months with FC and I had to verify the account.  Now I have no problems

as the others have noted it sounds like you have an unverified PayPal account on the PayPal end.  once you fix this you should have no more issues with receiving your payment this way.  if you do i would put in a support ticket to check with fusion cash if their is a problem with your account on that end.

check to make sure your paypal account has been verified that is on the paypal screen and also make sure your information is correct with paypal and with fusion cash they have to match in order for you to get paid.

If you still can't figure it out, just call PayPal and they can walk you through the steps on what you need to do. Sometimes PayPal can be confusing with their language and all.

There is occasional issues where a persons web connection appears to go thru other countries, especially if using proxy servers.  I would check proxy settings if you have one running, clear your cache, and then see if it is still acting up, if so put in a support ticket.

I had a similar problem just recently make sure both your fusion account and paypal account have the same name otherwise you may have problems. You also have to verify both accounts before your first payment. Is this your first cash out?

I have paypal and use it often and have never had a problem but my account is verified. hope you get it fixed its a whole lot faster to get your money!!
