Payment tracking

i took the option to have a paper check cut and mailed to me. it says the check was mailed 8/19/13, . on my acct page, where it says the check wqas mailed, is a link that says tracking. when i click it says that it can't load any tracking info. do they actually track the package or is this a broken llink? any info would be helpful.

Tracking information for anything takes a while to update.

i have had packages sent before from other companies, and usually within an hour or 2 of being sent you can start tracking, i don;t understand why fc puts this option there if they are not going to make it work. seems like a waste, going by what you are saying i should have the check before the tracking kicks in, makes a lot of sense, lol. i guess it's like a lot of other stuff on this site in that sense. SMH!

What browser are you using to see the tracking info? Maybe you should clear the cookies in that bowser, or try another browser like chrome etc. If all else fails, contact customer service...

The tracking data is provided by the USPS and we display the data as soon as we get it (once a day, generally speaking).

Keep in mind that it's very basic tracking which only shows the major sorting centers that your check passes through. 

You can't expect Fedex/UPS level tracking from a 46c first class stamp

If you don't like the tracking data, or don't find it useful, then by all means - don't use it!

i like tracking data. but only ones that work, lol. i wasn't expecting much from it, but it says error, no tracking data every time. wasn't trying to be an a**. was just wondering why therte was no tracking data at all.
