Changes to PTC
« on: July 17, 2013, 07:25:55 am »
I certainly don't like the change! I don't get enough videos and the Vaseline video for 5cents does not even work. Why is that! I could qualify for the PTC if it would respond when I click on Watch. The daily tasks have changed up where I can't even get a response from crowdflower.  NOT ONLY HAVE I LOST MAKING ANYTHING FROM TASKS, BUT I HAVE NOW LOST ptc. Very frustrated with FC !

If you click the blue button that says "Save $1.00" You don't have to print the coupon or sign up. Just close it and give a a minute. You should get credited. It wasn't working for me either, then I figured that out. As far as the new requirement for the daily PTC, Watching those videos (some allow you to watch twice), or going through some of the other offers not on the "daily" section should help. I hope it gets easier for you to complete the new requirement.

This does not seem to work for me either, I have tried using IE10 and FF and does not seem to work with the Vaseline ,05 qualification. I only received 1 video today so that seems to not get me where I need to be. The survey's I have not qualified for over 2 months on any of those. I don't know if it is the browser that I am using or I just do not qualify for any of these items. It is getting frustrating!!

You can make money from surveys, videos, tasks, radioloyalty as well as signing up for free offers. There really is no reason why you can't make a measly 5 cents a day. I've been making around $2 a day so you can make enough to qualify for the ptc

I understand this! The problem is Surveys I never qualify, haven't for months, this has been a problem for quite a few members for what I have seen on the forum. Video's I get very limited (1 today), Radioloyalty seems to work but, Listen for 10 mins for .01C, I did this yesterday to get my Fifth cent to qualify. I guess what I'm saying and is frustrating more members to the point that quite a few are dropping FC that has been around for awhile. I believe this could have been elevated by giving members more of a warning and explaining it better.

You have a whole day to make the 5 cents though. I believe that if you're not willing to put in a little work then you don't deserve the money. There are so many ways to make money on here that asking each user to make such a small account is far from unreasonable. Are you actually trying the daily surveys or just the FC ones? There are 7 daily surveys so if you actually have the patience to try you'll be able to qualify for at least one a day.

After about 2 hours of trying to get the vasilene .05C to work, it finally did. I update FF version, deleted all cookies and attempted it another 3x again, Don't know which one worked but, it finally did. I tried the .05 video on sears about 6x totally but, after resetting everything I could figure out to reset, It finally paid the .05C and it qualified me for the .15 PTC. Like I said I don't give up easily and finally found it. I have to give a shoutout to "OLDBUDDY" I relooked at his video and read his posts which caused me to relook at my browser.

I understand you have a whole day!The problem was that to make 05C it is taking alot of time for alot of members because certain things are not working, for whatever reason!! I just put in 2 hours to figure out why the .05 cent video, would not work. I really don't think I don't give enough time, I have tried all the Surveys - the daily's and the one's under the category $1-$3 surveys. I have been around for quite awhile at FC (3 1/2 Years). Your profile qualifies you for certain things, or does not qualify you. If you were to monitor the forum you would see that not everyone qualifies for everything. You may qualify for 10 video's a day where I may only qualify for 1. You may qualify for 5 surveys and I don't qualify for any. This is all based on your (sex/age/locality). It is really not about how much work it takes to get qualified, it is more that some people do qualify because they get more offers available to them and others don't get those offers available to them.

I understand that not everyone is qualified for everything. I get disqualified for 10 surveys for each one I fit the right demographics for. The reason I'm successful is that I keep trying throughout the day until I actually make the money I want. The point is that there really is enough on the site that if you have put in the effort and have the patience you can make more than enough to meet the 5 cent requirement as well as to cashout every month

At least you qualify for 1 out of 10, I have tried at least 30 a month and have not qualified for any. I think the last one I qualified for was 2-3 months ago. What I am trying to get across is that I have seen complaints (quite a few) on non qualifying for the survey's from many members and it seems to be getting more common. I Know that this would be difficult for FC to do but, I think it should monitor their sponsor's for the survey's and make it equal to everyone in each demographic. I know that advertisers go for the under 50's group, I understand this. There are more people in that group but, it is still frustrating. I am not so much complaining for myself, I am more making an observation of what I have been seeing on the forums. I personally Like FC or I wouldn't have stayed around for 3 1/2 years. I normally do FC very casual as you can probably see, as my banner shows. This .05 requirement doesn't even bother me all that much, it gives me the opportunity to cash out quicker. What I am saying is FC could have given more notice and explained it a little better, maybe there would not be so many members saying they are cancelling their FC membership. I don't know about you but, I personally think that FC does better the more members they have, not less members.
