Annoying Neighbors

Well I have neighbors that like to argue and fight in public. They do not prefer to keep their disagreements in doors they must do everything in front of an audience.

Ahhh...if only we could pick our neighbors!  We had really great neighbors when we moved into our place six years ago.  They were so great that they met with great success in the information technology field.  Unfortunately they kept their house and have been renting it out ever since. The first rental was to a family with a nasty little four year old boy. The second time they rented it out to a family that was always fighting. The third time that they rented it out it went to a family of slobs with two creepy children.  Now it is rented out to four different people which is against the HOA in our neighbor hood but we never see any of them.
