Health and Well Being Study
« on: July 08, 2013, 01:59:16 pm »
 Just got this email today:

The advertiser for FC Survey: Health and Well Being Study has revoked payment for your signup.  We have adjusted your account to remove the credit for FC Survey: Health and Well Being Study and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We are unable to provide compensation in the event of advertiser revocation.  Typically, advertisers revoke credit because they determined that you did not have a legitimate interest, or if they detect fraudulent activity such as the use of a pre-paid or un-billable credit card.  Payments are also revoked if you have signed up for the offer (or a similar one) in the past, as advertisers may consider such sign-ups to be duplicate and fraudulent.

FC Surveys are revoked for one of several possible reasons: your answers were rejected by the survey provider, or you completed the survey too quickly, or (in some cases) you were required to complete a second step (e.g. attend a focus group) and you failed to do so.

This is a sad day for me. They revoked $5.00. I'm just lost for words. Spending time trying to answer all the survey questions and then got credited for it, and unfortunately just received this email today. I don't really remember if this was from June or May. That I completed this survey. One thing for sure I did not use any prepaid credit card or unbillable credit card to complete this survey. IF I had completed the survey too quickly or any other, why was I given the $5.00 in the first place? I considered this unprofessional.  :BangHead:

That really sucks. Last year, I had a survey revoked but it was only $1.00. I know how you must feel but surveys are a hit or a miss. I just completed a 75 cents cell phone survey and after getting a congratulations, I got another page telling me that I did not qualify for the survey. I spent about 10 or 15 minutes on it, went through the demos, got a congratulations and then told that i did not qualify for the survey.   :dontknow:

At least you got an email.  I don't always get emails like when I have been credited.  I have to check and make sure.  O well at least we are making some cash.  If they don't get paid they cannot afford to pay us.  God Bless

Sorry to hear that money was revoked.  I am new to this site and have not yet to experience such a thing, but I have experienced where I have completed a survey that I qualified for, and did not receive credit for the survey :'(!
