The surveys are being crazy for me today!!!! it said I had 4 so I clicked on one and it just brought up a blank screen I waited a long time and nothing ever came up so I closed out of it and ALL the surveys were gone. So I went back to the main page and then went back to the surveys and all 4 were back I tried again and the same thing happened

sounds weird....never had that happen to me.  I would try clearing out my cookies and restarting my computer....good luck.

The surveys are taking a long time to load for me but I have not had your problem this evening. You might try a different server. I have been using firefox because I no longer am able to use chrome. I was using chrome but now get an error message if I try to do a FC survey.
