FC Survey - "Unique Health Study" - Problems "Saving" Questionnaire

Clicked on this survey the first time and got an ERROR.  It still showed in my list of FC Surveys, so I clicked on it again and it took me to a FusionCash Survey that asks very general questions about how I shop, where I shop, products I buy, things I purchase regularly, etc.  After completing this survey, there is a "SAVE" button at the bottom of it.  Clicked on "SAVE," and it does nothing because a number of the questions are telling me that they are "REQUIRED," yet those questions have already been filled out properly.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere on the bulletin board that someone else had this same problem, but I'm not sure where that post is so I'm posting this one.

i had that same problem with the same survey and the save button does not work so what are we supposed to do,all the question were answered but still nothing.

That popped up for me after I completed each survey so I just kept pushing cancel so I would get credit for the survey

this kept happening to me today as well.  it was very annoying.  I usually never have trouble with surveys, but today I kept having all kinds of issues with a lot of them.

You are not alone. This happened to me both yesterday and now tonight. There is some kind of glitch. Sooner or later, it will probably get corrected.

C'mon now!  Seriously??!?  Had the very SAME problem again this morning, so I basically lost $2.30 (if I were to qualify for the FC Survey) because of this page that won't work.  I also had a problem with the other FC Survey offered this morning, "Fun Beverage and Snack Study" for .75 cents.  When I clicked on that link, I got an ERROR page and wasn't able to DQ out OR take the survey so I lost that money, too!  GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

Same here. I could not save the questionnaire after each survey completion. I just hit cancel for now until it's fixed.

I Filled Out The Question Page , Pushed Save. Nothing Happened then I Just Closed It Out. And This Is What Happened.
