My best friend took me to lunch just because I needed to talk to someone about something that happened to my life which I'm having a hard time moving on. She was so nice and it is so comforting to get this burden out of my chest. Also, letting it all out to you guys also helps. Sometimes just listening also helps, being there as a shoulder to cry on....
