I have been having the same problem with these questions popping up after being disqualified. However, it is popping up after I have completed the surveys. When I try to save it doesn't do anything and I keep clicking. Today it is doing the same thing but I am not clicking either the save or cancel button because it does nothing. I am just closing the page.

Yes..i too have been getting the surveys at the end.  I tried entering all the information once but it wouldn't complete even i hit submit. So now I just go to the end and hit CANCEL.  Still get credited for surveys.

I've gotten that a few times...every time I answered every question, hit submit..it kept telling me that I missed something.  I double check and everything is answered...but still wont continue.  Now I just click the X and close it out.

Yes, exactly!  It keeps telling me I've missed a question but I haven't.     I'll try clicking the x and getting out and see what happens then.
