Past movies,shows,entertainment,acting, I don't see what so great about it when

movies documentaries talk about the great entertainment media of the 20th Century. I don't know why but when I see old shows like the little princess starring Shirley Temple, it just totally turns me off. This kid acting like a baby when they should be acting like past 9-10 yr olds. What really irks me is when she would use that baby voice & I just want to turn the channel but can't cuz the parents are watching it.Sometimes I just want to scream at some bad acting in front of me. I know for it's time, it was something beyond it's time. Me, it's some white child with curls that can't act!I do admit there were some really good animation type scenes that really rates as advance for it's time; Like herculues,star wars, clash of the tianas?Just wondering if any FC members feel the same way?
