I have read this on facebook.  There are a lot of natural remedys out there that work good.  Ginger is good for inter ear trouble.  My mother used this and it worked good.  Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

This is very informative. I had heard about cinnamon helping but did not know to add honey. I might start doing this as I have several of the ailments mentioned. TY
