On the offers page under > Daily > Paid to Click, FusionCash ($0.15) - "Check your horoscope, get personalized weather and lotto....."

Some websites consider doing this offer and similar PTC offers to be a "Bonus".
In other words, does doing that offer count towards the $15.00 requirement to cash out or not?

Fusioncash counts that as an offer so it applies to your $15 minimum required in offers. What's even more amazing to me is the RadioLoyalty is an offer too, not a bonus.

yeah I've already made over $200 cash and Gift cards from the radioloyalty offer and getting a jackpot wins since they counted as an entry on another site.
