I, too, have been doing the PTC every day and always get credit right away.  I love all the new pages to click through and I generally play a Sudoku game while I wait for my 3 minutes to be up.  I have gotten distracted and have had to start all over a couple of times....but I still always get paid.
I would follow the advice others have given and see if that works.  Maybe post something in the Support forum, too -- I think the Admins look at it, maybe you can get some answers there.

I've never had problems with PTC... not sure I can offer any advice that hasn't already been given... I do hope you stay here and see if they correct/compensate you for the trouble... good luck
