I have never tried a stationary bike but I do like to ride outside when it is nice weather

I haven't lost weight on them since I don't use them often, but when I do use them it's just for exercise.

I used to have one, which I never used by the way. My neighbor was very interested in using it, so I gave it to her. I am glad I have some extra space in my home now!
