I NEED HELP!!

I WORK FOR A COMPANY AS A DATA ENTRY CLERK AND NEXT MONTH I WILL BE HAVING A YEAR WORKING THERE. SO FAR I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RAISE OR A PROMOTION, WHICH I REALLY DESERVE BECAUSE OF MY GREAT WORK.

I DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY DIRECTLY, BUT I WORK FOR THE AGENCY.

MY QUESTION IS IF I DON'T GET A RAISE AFTER A YEAR COMPLETED, CAN I COMPLAIN ABOUT IT, OR SHOULD I GO TO HUMAN RESOURCES??

When you were hired, were you informed of the policy or procedure associated with getting a raise?  Some companies have a program where you get a raise every 3, 6 or 12 months.  You may want to ask your immediate supervisor about it or you can just talk to a human resources person if you feel more comfortable doing it that way.  I would go to human resources. Hope this helps!

I would talk to your Direct Supervisor and explain that you need a cost of living adjustment........but do it with ease, in this day and age and in this economy EVERYONE needs their job, so tread lightly
