Happiness...Rich

If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich? I am still pondering this question, I have yet to come up with a sure one for me.

Being a father of two absolutely wonderful kids has made me rich beyond my wildest dreams! Every day I come home from a dreadfully long day at work and get an hour for dinner with my kids before I hit another session of work on my computer. They regale me with stories of their exploits from the day, their scholarly conquests, and their somewhat incessant laughter and happiness. In the last three weeks I have been to six assemblies/banquets and watched all manner of awards lavished upon my two precious children. I am excited to wake up in the morning to make their breakfast and lunches for the day to help them get a grand start.  I truly rich in that way.

I would love to work from home, spend time with my little boy and work at a stress-free job- painting and selling art.  Luckily, it is part of how I currently make my money, so now, if it would make enough to not be financially stressed all the time, I would be happy rich!
