psoriasis help, anyone?

anyone know of any good home remedies to take care of psoriasis on the scalp? i always have more trouble out of my psoriasis during the summer.. i'm guessing because of the higher temperatures causing me to sweat a bit more, grossss.

i occasionally use warm olive oil, massaging it into my scalp and letting it set for a bit before washing my hair.. and it works pretty well for getting rid of the dry skin.

..but i'm wondering if anyone else might have a suggestion?

i have trouble with it everynow and again,, and i usually just use head and shoulders,,, but i notice with my self if i use cheap shampoo like v05 i get a break out,, hopefully this helps a little,,,,, but as for homemade remedy i got nothing.. sorry

i definitely agree on the cheap shampoo part :/
i'm a fan of pantene for the most part..
and about once a week i'll use 'selsun blue'
UNLESS i start breaking out and then i'll do it a bit more often.
