never recieved payment!!!!!!!!!!

  dont understand what the problem  I have had this account  with account now for several years and payments always go through.In fact got a deposit yesterday from alert pay with no problem have made an attempt to have them resubmit my payment and as of yet nothing.my accuont is active so please try again to send?? any suggestions on how this works? I am reading a lot of no payments this month worried

 ???My cashout came back saying' invalid account'... so I redid my account info, and then submided a trouble ticket for them to resend it... I don't understand why they couldn't put it in the account, because they did before.Maybe when they type in the numbers, someone made a mistake or something... but I am getting really frustrated...

SO am I takes over three days to find this out.that they say account didnt exist when it most surely does and then another who knows how many days to resend it,uhhhhh.was gonna give money to my daughter for a field trip comin up but not gonna happen

  I think they only answer them once a day in the morning.. I don't know though, but it just seems that way. I guess they won't see our trouble tickets until tomorrow.

 :- I saw where my ticket said closed, so I click on it, and there was an answer. They said that they did pay, but it was sent bank,,,so click on your ticket  because that is where they answer you.

They postponed my cashout until next month...lol.  It was pproved and then they sent me an email that said one of my "offers" said I didnt live up to my end of the4 bargain???  Yet its a credit card offer and their charge is on my statement???  FC says tough - nothing we can do about it now.

After reading this thread, Im seeing that it appears FC was out of cash this month and couldn't pay anyone. So we all got our own little excuses as to why we couldnt get paid.

I can't believe I'm even responding to this - but we paid everyone that was due, like we do every single month.  We take our unblemished payment history very seriously.  I'm sincerely sorry that one of your offers was revoked, but that was the choice of the advertiser - not us.  We just pass it along.  I wish we could afford to compensate users for revoked offers, but it's simply too costly and it encourages more fraud.

  I always have problems trying to cash any checks from servay sites at stores. If they never heard of the company, and the bank is not in your town, they are afraid of check fraud, and won't cash it. Just open a free savings, or checking accout, which you can do online, and that way you can just put it into the A.T.M., and then get your money that way, or the teller will cash it for you. My bank always cashes my servay checks, but NONE of the stores in this town will.
