I haven't been paid for the last few surveys I've done for FC.  I contacted support and this is what they said:

"If you're not automatically credited for an offer you completed after 30 days, we apologize, but there is nothing that we can do.

We rely on industry-standard tracking technology and occasionally (<1%) it can fail. A more likely explanation for your lack of credit is that the advertiser or survey provider deemed your activity to be fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise unfit for payment. If you weren't credited, then we did not get paid. Per the Terms of Service, we are not able to pay for offer completions which fail to track since we are not compensated for them."

While I can certainly understand and accept the fact that they can't pay me if they don't get paid, I kind of resent the implication that I was conducting "fraudulent activity" (in other words, they're calling me a cheater).  I've seen a lot of complaints on the forums lately about surveys not paying...it's possible that the same advertiser sponsored each of these surveys and perhaps they just take a little longer to pay.

As for the Redbox and Gamefly offers, I'd definitely submit a support ticket if I was you...Support at FC is really good at responding to tickets quickly.

It can definitely be discouraging when this happens because the information these survey companies get from us would have to pay a lot more to people to get this information in other ways.  I don't know how much Fusion Cash gets paid from these companies but I do think they should fight for their members in some ways and find some way to come back at these companies and say "listen if you want these people starting and finishing your surveys in a designated amount of time with honest opinions you can't just decide the next day that you don't want their opinions or want to pay them for their opinions when it was their time spent."  It just doesn't make sense sometimes but I guess there's nothing we (as fusion cash members) can do about it except either stop doing surveys or just do what we can and ignore taking chances on here with paid offers especially.  I never do the paid offers out of the fact I would have a feeling that the same thing would happen to me in where I may not get credited.

Sometimes surveys do pay off though the one time I was credited $3.50 for a 20 minute survey and then it qualified me for a later live survey the survey company contacted me for with an extra incentive.  I was paid $30 to do a live 30 minute survey where a person was asking live questions based on videos I was watching advertising for a company.  So basically I was paid $33.50 for 50 mins of my time.  Now that was excellent and not something that happens often but I wish it did  ::)

Wow I have never accepted live surveys.  Now I may have too thanks for your information,  I think its great that all share their knowledge about offers and experiences.  God Bless

Thanks for the awesome information about live interviews!  I qualified for a live interview awhile back but wasn't able to complete it due to a family emergency.  I will definitely be watching out for these opportunities in the future!

How do I go about trying to sign up or qualify for these "live interviews" that you guys are speaking about?

I am awaiting credit for Gamefly myself. It really sucks that it says "instant reward" and I go to my account looking for the credit & it isn't there.

Will wait til tomorrow afternoon before I submit a ticket.
