Survey problem

Has anyone else been having this problem? Every single survey that I get from Fusion Cash by email, when I go to do it, I get a message saying that I've already done it. I've cleared my cookies and tried different browsers, but I still always get the say message. I think there must be a glitch in the system, since it happens every single time.

Are you clicking on the link through your email and taking the survey? Are you sure you haven't already clicked on the survey on the FC Surveys page before you click on it through the email? It gives you that message after you have already clicked the link somewhere else. I haven't had a problem with them recently.

I can confirm that this also happened to me. I know something is wrong with the FC surveys section and I am sure that it will be fixed soon. In addition to what you observed, I took a survey about 2 days ago only for me to complete the survey and I got the message that Unfortunately, the survey you are attempting has either been closed or you have taken it before and this was a survey I have not even taken before in my life (not even when I was still in Heaven). I got so angry that why this nonsense message after I had spent quality time on the survey and the survey site notified me that I had completed the survey. It was at night so I just got angry, shut down and went to bed only to discover in the morning that the survey actually credited. To summarize, I just think it's all a temporary challenge that will be resolved soon.

I don't get the FC survey e-mails, but I check the survey page every time I log in.  Last week though I clicked on a survey and it asked if I wanted to get the survey e-mails.  I don't need them so I said no and the resulting text was "sorry to see you go" you won't receive them anymore.   ???  I wasn't receiving them to begin with.  I was trying to take a specific survey, but that didn't happen either.   :dontknow:

Tonight I took a survey about photography.  I actually got to complete it.   ;D  When I finished it gave me the "We're sorry" message as if I had taken it before.   :dontknow:  When I checked my account I found I had been credited for it anyway.   :thumbsup:  Confusing, but okay.

Sorry to hear that - I have had this happen every so often. But most of the time I have loading issues or I'm disqualified. Needless to say, I never have much luck with FC surveys and I can't rely on them for reaching cashout.

I'm not sure why it is doing it every time for you... perhaps you could try another browser or maybe it is really a survey you have attempted and it hasn't cleared out of your survey list? I'm not sure. You could always submit a ticket to FC and see what advice they can give - it never hurts to try to fix it. :)

I've had that happen a few times. I agree it is annoying especially since I do not qualify for surveys frequently.

I noticed that there are several surveys today and I have already qualified and been paid for one. I guess things are looking up!

I also have this problem. I clicked on one of the survey invites I received from Fusion Cash on the ones I have never taken, I get that message. It won't give me a chance to complete it.

I have the same problem as well. I even went to the page where my surveys were located and still had problems. It either says I've already taken the survey, the survey isn't available and sometimes I get a server error.  :BangHead:

I generally only click the links from the emails, because I usually forget to check the FC site itself for surveys. I am positive that I've never tried the links before. And since other people have the same problem, i'm pretty sure it is a glitch in the system at FC's end. Not that I really mind, because I don't like surveys that much.

Wow, the same thing just happened to me I quote: "The quota has been filled for this survey." This is sooo wrong:(

If you are a member of more than one survey site, then it's possible that you are completing (or attempting) the surveys through another site.  I was having the same problem until I realized that I was receiving emails from a couple of different sites that had almost identical subject lines.  Once I realized this, I started making it a point to visit FC and check the survey section before reading any of my emails.  Now I rarely get the "you've done this survey before" message from FC...of course now I'm getting that message from other sites but that's okay because FC is my favorite :D

Same here. When I clicked on the FC email survey invite it either says I do not quality or says I've already completed it and won't give me a chance to take the survey.
