Start and finish a story here online and make it funny

Thought it would be fun to start a story here online and see how it comes out.  Add a paragraph to it and let's see where it goes.  It should be funny if possible.
So here goes the first part:

She started toward the restroom in the restaurant and was wondering why everyone was watching her.  When she got to restroom and looked in the mirror she was embarrassed when she saw.........................?

....she saw that her face had suddenly been covered by the most horrible acne.  But it was worse!  Some of the acne seemed to resemble Jim Carrey.  One of the Jim Carrey pimples began singing, "Hello my baby, hello my honey, hello my ragtime girl..."

Confused, she turned on the hot water and.....

.....she saw that she had toilet paper hanging from under her dress.  She was so embarrassed that she burst out in song.  "I am only human, give me a break!'  The people laughed even harder.  That's what happens when you exit from the bathroom in a hurry!
