Try frozen pizza, hot dogs or hamburgers.  You can aid spaghetti and open a jar of Ragu, or even better yet, what I would do is go out!

I am a pasta person so spaghetti is easy if you use prepared spaghetti sauce and don't start from scratch.  I also like chicken and noodles-while noodles are cooking, throw a can of chicken complete with broth in a skillet with some butter.  Throw in a little flour, water and salt to make a sauce, a bag of peas.  Throw in the noodles and some shredded cheese and ta dah it's done.

A quick meal I make is tacos and if I have enough time I make fry bread with it. I sometimes make frozen chicken tenders, rice and veggies.

Order out..
Or when I was living alone it was definitely top ramen, hot pockets, frozen pizza, lucky charms and the likes..
But now staying with my parents again, I will usually make Jasmine white rice and sausage (or whatever pre cooked meat I have). Cook the rice in broth instead of water and throw in some sausage. Takes like 10 mins. pretty tasty
my mom never buys frozen dinners because she thinks theyre junk. lol

Frozen pizza, you could even add a few things to it like extra veggies.
