 if you not on sdi you just fill out the form and wait for there call but i did not get it as i already have sdi

Can anyone tell me if they completed this offer? I'm curious I want to know if this offer is open to anyone who completed regardless if they have a disability.

yes, i would be interested to know if some one has completed this offer, too. I am not sure that i can get a call back because my phone blocks unknown numbers. but if it is worth the time, I will turn off the call blocking option and take a chance.
