Annette Funicello has passed away...

Annette Funicello passed away today.  She was one of the original Mouseketeers on the Disney Mickey Mouse Club. 

She died from complications due to Multiple Sclerosis.  She was 70.

Rest In Peace, Annette!! You were a class lady from the start to the finish! Disney will never replace you no matter how hard they try or how far they look. Thanks for the memories!

I was just wondering about the status of her health not long ago - Disney was a big thing for my sister and I when we were young and I remember seeing her and some of the "oldies" so many times - we would be out playing and my mother would call us in to take a bath and she would always say that Disney was coming on (or lost in space lol).

she will always be remembered as a mouse muskateer and all the beach movies,rest in piece she suffered for 25 years
