By the way - the tasks are through Crowdflower.  So, when you hit the link, it will take you to a list of tasks.  It may take 24 hours to see credit sometimes.  Most of the time credit comes within minutes.

I have done quite a few of them.  Some I quit before finishing as some of the tasks got quite lengthy and I was getting tired and it only paid a few cents.  I got paid more for
paid to click for 3 minutes of time.  However, I have done them and I have also gotten paid a fair amount at times as well.  I need to start doing these again.
