Adjusting to Daylight Savings Time
« on: March 20, 2013, 06:37:42 pm »
How is everybody doing? Are you adjusting well since the time changed? I admit I haven’t adjusted my sleeping time and I am having difficulty waking up early in the morning. Now I have to force myself to get to bed early each day to catch up with the time difference. It's wonderful to see the sunset at a later time.

I love the days getting longer, but I hate now getting up in the dark.

Maybe that's why I'm having trouble waking up in the morning. I think I will start going to bed a little earlier.

I'm having a little trouble with my sleep schedule. Now I'm going to bed an hour later.

I have weird sleep patterns anyway, so I haven't really noticed a difference.

I have had no issue adjusting myself to the time change. I wouldn't even call it an adjustment really. I didn't find a change in the least. My aunt on the other hand who lives in a different province than myself was visiting myself over that time period. Once she got home she was completely out of it. Already we have a 2 hour difference from each other. To add to that the time change...didn't make my aunt happy at all.
