do you talk to your neighbors?

Most of them,It seem like people are  in their own world.  I guess I want more of a community like setting.

If it was up to me I wouldn't talk to them. lol  I won't ignore them though so if they talk to me then I will talk with them.  I try to keep it sort of short and sweet though.
