I'm referring to ad like "MY THOUGHT COUNTS" MATCH TO SURVEY YOU CAN COMPLETE AFTER 24 HRS. $1.00. I see no money on my account!? Does it go to "paid to post"? I thought I wait or not? Please let me know? tea4me said you could help?-Marie

Hi Marie!  :wave:

Ok, I was asking yesterday if you were not qualifying for the survey, but you said you didn't see any such message and that the window closes on you or something.  I suggested you open a support ticket to see if someone could help you out.  Do you know how to do that?  Go to the top of this screen - top right corner where it says "Back to FusionCash" - click on that and then it takes you to the offer page.  At the top of that page are tabs and one says 'Support.'  Click on that and halfway down the screen is a link to 'open a new support ticket.'  Click on that and fill out the form.
