I'm not sure if it qualifies as a bonus, but I found I could add 15 pennies a day just watching the videos that are available. Just click on the Daily button and scroll down.

I agree with the previous posts its not about the bonuses that you receive even though the referral bonuses are worth quite a bit of money.  Make sure you are doing the daily mail and your daily click and try to qualify for the surveys.  I typically cash out each month just doing the above as i don't have any referrals as of yet.  There is also a promotion twice a week once on the weekend non sports related and then one on i believe Tuesday that is sports related.

Of course if you can learn how to get referrals (and it does take learning) that's where the real bonus money is the sweetest.
