Ford Fusion video

Is anyone else having trouble with the Ford Fusion experience video? Mine shows no video???

Hello yeah I have a problem with the ford fusion video also. The video does not play its blank I wonder if my browser is the problem? I notice not just that video have a problem other videos also have problems. In any case I hope fusion cash fix the problem.

I've had that problem a couple of times but if you close out the window and click it again the video will come up the second time. It has for me at least.

these videos on fusion cash offers sometimes don't work, and sometimes they work. You cant really rely on it. I want it to click about $.04 every day but sometime one of the video works, and then the others don't work, maybe that's whats going on with your video.

This video is so reliable that I have not had issues with it at any time. I will suggest you change browsers, clear cookies and cache and see if that helps...

with the Ford video you click the first page which takes you to a SECOND page and then part way down is where the actual video will be and you should click on the play arrow on THAT page wait for it to completly play, close that window and then go back and pull up the first window where the video may have appeared to be frozen and then click your closing X on THAT page which will cause the greying out on the list of videos like the ones do that only open one window and play on that same window.Hopefully that helps some folks, it took me a while to realize what they were talking about to open the video in a new window and it is deceptive on some of them because at the top of the second page a lot of times there is a still picture that is NOT the video and you have to learn to scroll down to the actual video and play it from there.  They will sometimes play for you multiple times if you repeat the two step process, but they may not always credit each time, and sometimes it seems like they will keep playing over and over and never go away, so I go back to another open window and check my account and earnings to see if they are still crediting, if they are I keep replaying them, if they are not then I stop wasting my time and move on. I have had that problem too. I just skip over the video and go on to the next one.

Yes, it is getting frustrating. I click on the page for it to take me to the page with the video and nothing happens. I usually just skip over that one as I see others have said they do.

I clicked on the Ford Fusion Video and didn't get anything up.  I am so disappointed because I am in the process of looking for a new car.  If anyone has luck or can help a newbie with step by step directions that would be great.  THANK YOU
