Yeah, I just got mine too. You have to confirm your email and then go to your account page. There will be a link for editing your account info and you just have to add your birthdate and some other information. A link should appear on your account page for the bonus. http://www.fusioncash.net/confirm.php?do=coreg that's the link if you can't find it.
