I have noticed that sometimes the advertiser page will cause it to stick because it will sometimes open a window to confirm that you want to close it or leave the page. Once I confirm this and close that it seems to work fine.

I had that happen to me once.  I just closed the window and started over and it worked fine. I still got my .15 credit too.
