Offers expire. It makes complete sense. Try making the minimum as soon as possible and cashout. That way, you'll never have an expired offer =)

Yes it makes sense alright, but the balance SHOULD NOT GO DOWN, no matter what. It is ridiculous. I try to make a minimum as soon as possible, but unfortunately not all offers credit instantly, it takes time. I wasn't here for 2 days, I had 13.50 in my account and now I'm back to $10.00. ONLY 2 days passed by. Now tell me over the period of 2 days the balance went down? Talking about fair.

If you look at your account, you'll see that all of the expired offers were completed on or before November 2008.  They were applied to your account (and balance, yes) for those six months.  Then, they expired and were deducted from your balance.  I'm sorry for your frustration but those are the rules - clearly stated here and in the Terms to which you agreed when you signed up.

It sort of seems like you're trying to say that offers should expire, but your balance should remain the same?  Then I have to ask, what would be the point of expiring them?

This is the only site that has this rule. No other sites that I'm a member of has this rule. I asked other administrators from different sites what happens if the offers expire after you get credit, and you don't cashout during a specified time. It doesn't matter how much time passed 2 months or 3 months, even 6 months. They said EXPIRED OFFERS=DEAD OFFERS. So, my next question was does the balance go down? The response was the same EXPIRED OFFERS=DEAD OFFERS. Dead doesn't move. I'll give you another example, I've been a member of a wonderful site. I've made there $16.50. Min to cash out is $20.00. I haven't been there for 8 months, due to my illness. I decided to come back, guess what? The balance is still the same, most of the offers expired, the ones that I got credit for. It didn't go down. That's my point.

I don't know what to tell you.  That sounds like a programming bug, or else their policy is that offers "expire" nominally but do not have their rewards deducted.  In the FusionCash Terms of Service it specifically says that expired offers are not eligible for cashout.  You agreed to those terms (which is the same as hand-signing a paper contract) when you made your account.  Sorry, again, but those are the rules.
